The farm breeds ducks which are force fed farmhouse grains.
Produce: foie gras made from the farm’s own ducks, specialities made from foie gras, slow cooked dishes, duck pâté, duck sausage and cured duck.
The farm shop is open all year round.
Other points of sale: Farmers’ market in Meyrueis during the summer.
