SAVEURS DU CASTANET - LE COLLET-DE-DEZE

In 2015, almost 9 years ago, with the help and support of my family and my friend (s), I embarked on the renovation and restoration of the family chestnut grove.
Abandoned for two generations, the chestnut trees, mostly over 100 years old, needed a helping hand to return to production.
At least, enough to allow me to make various jams, chestnut flour, syrups, chestnuts and other small delights.
I am proud to perpetuate the know-how from my family history and thus present products from a farm that wants to be as consistent as possible: local, ethical and organic.
Chestnut is a capricious fruit that requires a lot of attention and patience. But that’s why we love it so much.
