This restaurant, in the former mill where Marcel Proust’s governess was born, is open all year round for you to taste all four seasons here. In summer you can dine on our beautiful large floral terrace shaded by a stone barn and in winter you can eat in one of our two dining rooms warmed by the fireplace.
Our chef serves traditional dishes and specialities using local seasonal produce such as Aubrac meat, charcuterie, aligot, snails, fish, cheese and homemade desserts. In autumn he adds a personal touch to soups, hot tarts and stews.
We can cater for family/friends meals, weddings, communions and New Year’s Eve parties.
In summer we host musical events, plays and theme nights.
