Small individual house located on the owner's property, near their villa. Very calm, independant access through a pedestrian street, not forgetting to mention the remarkable view on the medieval village and the Gorges du Tarn.
River and services 200 metres away through the medieval streets.
Accommodation on two levels including:
- on the ground floor: a living room with a kitchen area, a table with two chairs, a two-seat sofa and a flat-screen TV. The fireplace is out of service.
- upstairs: bedroom corner on a mezzannie (a double bed - 140cm), shower room with cubicle, sink, toilet and hairdryer.
(Access to the first floor by very steep stairs with a banister rail).
Cleaning at the end of the stay is an extra: 40€ and linen rental: 30€/2 pers./week.
During mid and low season: electricity bill as an extra
