Family farm since 1730, we are located in Hyelzas in Lozère.
Between the Gorges du Tarn and Gorges de la Jonte, it is on the heights of the Causse Méjean that our ewes and angus graze.
Our family has always made the effort of maintaining a local and quality production, while respecting the environment, animals and men. They were able to pass down the love for our region. Today, with organic farming, we wish to pay tribute to our grandparents through our range of desserts and ice creams by naming them 'Armand and Marie'.
The farm ice-cream maker 'Armand et Marie' makes you discover organic ice creams with sheep's milk from the farm.
Possibility of attending the milking process only during opening days, for free at 5 PM from Easter to September 15th.
Meat, cooked meals and farm ice creams are sold on self-service all year round.
