In the old butcher shop of the village, the shop/ workshop laboratory managed by farmers and craftsmen.
On site are made biscuits, jams, chestnut cakes, Cevennes macaroons, syrups and other farm products.
You will also find meat, vegetables, cheese but jewelry, furniture, books and many other things that reflect the know-how of our valleys.
