GLACIER A LA FERME ARMAND ET MARIE - HURES-LA-PARADE

As farmers - ice cream producers, Armand et Marie welcomes you to discover organic sheep milk ice creams, made directly at the farm. We sell frozen desserts and crêpes with whipped cream and various sauces, as well as warm and cold organic drinks for you to enjoy.
You can watch the sheep-milking process at 5:00pm on the days we are open.
We sell ice creams, meats and cooked dishes from the farm through a vending machine all year round.
Farming is a passion shared in our family since 1730.
We are located in Hyelzas village in Lozère, between Gorges du Tarn and Gorges de la Jonte. Our sheep graze on the heights of the Causse Méjean plateau.
Our family always put effort into maintaining a local, high-quality production, respecting the environment, animals and humans. They transmitted to us their love for our land.
Today, with our organic farming, we want to honour our grandparents through our line of frozen desserts by calling them “Armand et Marie”.
