The skills of a traditional butcher located on the big Champ de Mars plaza in Meyrueis.
Our shop offers a large selection of meats. We get our meat locally and we make hams, pâtés and sausages by ourselves – and in particular the famous herb sausage from Lozère… This work helped us earn a few “Lozère Gourmande” trophies, among which a trophy in 2017 for deer pâté, stew and ‘tripoux’.
