Open all year round. We make: regular bread, various types of sourdough breads (3 ‘Lozère Gourmande’ awards in 2024/2025) made with flour from La Borie local windmill, homemade butter viennoiseries, many types of sandwiches, nut pie, cookies, ‘fouaces’, buns, pastries, ‘flaunes’, nut pastries, pastries with Cévennes chestnut flour, and ‘gâteaux à la broche’.
We prioritize getting our base ingredients locally, within the ‘département’ or in neighbouring ‘départements’.
We also sell grocery staples, daily French and foreign newspapers, gas and local products.
We can deliver bread daily for tourism professionals (campings, hotels, restaurants, summer camps) in the valley between villages La Malène and Le Rozier. A bread vending machineis available all year round in Le Rozier and La Parade.
