LA GOURMANDINE BOULANGERIE PATISSERIE - FLORAC TROIS RIVIERES

The Gourmandine is a bakery- pastry shop located in the heart of Florac.
Alain Julier offers his special breads, pastries and homemade chocolates, and the bakery’s signature cake, straight from Florac : the “Amélou” (trademark), as well as the madeleines and “croquants”. In occitan, “amelanquio” means “almond tree”, which explains the name of this cake made out of lemon zest and almonds. This tree is very present along the Tarn river.
